I'm one down... but as there's a tie for 8th place does that throw out the rest? I don't know..

I didnt check to see what my bets were. I just went to the Xulani agent and he gave to 2 cool weapons. Thanks Gaile an Anet team for putting another cool thing in the game that didn't come with the game.

Signed up for the account very much when the system went live, logged in and found that no bets could be placed yet, and eventually placed my bet 1 day after you could start making predictions. From the moment I signed up all the info was correct.

I had it all thought up and tried to predict, but when I got down to doing it, the tournaments were over. But I still got entitled to one wintersgreen item. Why is that?

Either way, I'm really glad, because it looks so pretty.

Two more bits of info:

The list of winners, in order, can be found here.

And the Xunlai Tournament Agent will be accessible for a month, so there's no rush to claim your prizes. Personally I would do so before the end of January, but that's just be, being a little conservative.

Question: If we sent an e-mail off and corrected it on the Tourny site, how do we know that our problem is going to be fixed? I didn't even get an auto-responce and support was no help, so what do we do next?

I was unable to make a prediction because the site would not send me a confirmation e-mail.

Signed up for the account a couple of days after the system went live, but couldn't log in because I didn't get a confirmation e-mail. I filed a support ticket and they responded that it must be a problem on my end. However, a couple of weeks after the contest ended, I re-registered using my same e-mail, and finally got a confirmation e-mail. Sounds like the system was very glitchy.

Hi,
I did enter the predictions wintergreen contest a while back when it was active.
I got none right but I should've got a green candy weapon for entering.
However, I read this and I thought I might've done my details incorrectly.
To no surprise I had entered my email incorrectly. I changed the email to the correct account name and waited a few days. I can still not get any wintergreen candy weapons from kun shao. what do I need to do?

I am fairly sure that all the emails have been compiled, and that all reported problems have been addressed through checking the records and enabling the distribution to go forward. Keep in mind that we do not pull records every day, so it can take a few days for you to correct your info, and us to get it in a fresh information pull and then get the item distributed back to you.

Please do continue to write [email protected] if you have further difficulties! If you correct your information and do not receive your item (2) in-game within 5 days, write the same email address and give the dates so that the folks working on this can research the cause of the delay and get back to you with a probable date for you to be able to retrive your prize or prizes.
